- Failure to show up at check-in time may result in the loss of the tour.
- Julià Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour itinerary due to events held in the city or reasons of force majeure.
- In case of cancellation due to weather conditions the client will be offered first to change the day and in case it is not possible, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- In the event of cancellations or timetable disruptions due to the America's Cup competition or port restrictions, the client will first be offered a change of day and if not possible, the full amount of the booking will be refunded.
